Hi, I'm Ieva!

I am an EL teacher and owner and lead consultant at Simply Ieva ESL, an educational consulting company focused on bringing cultural awareness to districts and all teachers of multilingual learners and helping educators reclaim their time, sanity and confidence so they can focus on what they do best - teach. 


I have been a teacher for over 16 years and have worked with English learners at various stages of their English learning journey. And here is what I've learned... ESL teachers in middle and high school struggle with either NO curriculum or a curriculum from companies that have never been in the classroom, and are not in touch with our teaching reality.

My 16 years of experience as an EL teacher (I am still in the classroom!) and  program coordinator as well as my own background as an English learner and an immigrant have allowed me to take a fresh, creative and practical approach to teaching English learners.

Frequently asked questions

How long do I have access to The ESL Teaching Roadmap membership?

With the Light Monthly Plan, you have access to the ETR as long as you choose to be a member (i.e. as many months as you pay the monthly subscription) 


With the Quarterly Option, you have access to the ETR for 3 months/90 days. You must cancel if you don't wish to continue as it will automatically renew after 90 days. 


 With the VIP Annual Pass, you have access to all the materials and coaching in the ETR membership for ONE full year. After that, you will need to repurchase, if you wish.

What if I am unhappy with the membership program?

We would never want you to be unhappy and always welcome your feedback!

 

However, due to the nature of the materials - i.e. digital downloads - no refunds will be offered for the membership.

How does the EL coaching work for members and how often can I book a call?

As an ETR member, you will be able to book a one-on-one coaching session with Ieva (all the information is provided in Start Here section). 


Once you book the session, you will be prompted to fill out a questionnaire that will help me prepare for our call.


Each member can book a coaching call once a month.
