Hi, I'm Ieva Grauslys!

I am an EL teacher and owner and lead consultant at Simply Ieva ESL, an educational consulting company focused on bringing cultural awareness to districts and all teachers of multilingual learners and helping educators reclaim their time, sanity and confidence so they can focus on what they do best - teach. 


My 17 years of experience as an EL teacher (I am still in the classroom!) and program coordinator as well as my own background as an English learner and an immigrant have allowed me to take a fresh, creative and practical approach to teaching English learners.

Can I switch tiers later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. If you’d like help choosing the best tier for your needs, just reach out and we’ll guide you.

What’s the difference between CONNECT, EMBARK, and ASCEND?

Each tier is designed to meet you where you are: 
  •  CONNECT helps you get started with EL students — quick wins and confidence-building. 
  •  EMBARK gives you ready-to-use curriculum and live PD to help you implement with ease. 
  •  ASCEND adds personalized coaching and advanced support to help you grow as an EL leader.

How long do I have access to The ESL Teaching Roadmap membership?

As long as your membership is active, you have full access to all the materials in your tier — curriculum guides, podcast episodes, workshops, coaching replays, and more. If you cancel, access will end when your current billing cycle finishes.

What if I am unhappy with the membership program?

We would never want you to be unhappy and always welcome your feedback!

 

However, due to the nature of the materials - i.e. digital downloads - no refunds will be offered for the membership.

How do I know if The ESL Teaching Roadmap is for me?

Do I have to attend workshops or coaching sessions live?

Not at all — while attending live is a great way to ask questions, all workshops and coaching sessions are recorded and uploaded to your member portal, so you can watch them on your own schedule.

Are PD certificates included?

Yes — PD certificates are included in the EMBARK and ASCEND tiers for any workshops you complete. You’ll be able to download your certificates right from your member portal.
